Last Day Home

I write my first blog on my last day home. It is 8:18am and I am about to embark what I expect to be the journey of my life. I feel like I am entering a pilot for a summer show. "Can a kid with no road biking experience and little athletic ability climb the mountains of America and make it to the Pacific Ocean?" I guess we'll see. I hope to blog every day, even if they don't get posted everyday. I will try and keep friends, family and strangers informed on my adventures as best I can. I guess it is time to put down the taco bell, jump on my bike, and ride...........
